A long-time favourite of Gay and Lesbian clientele, this 3˝ star property is on Oxford Street among the many restaurants and specialty stores and fashion boutiques of Darlinghurst & Paddington. Rooms catering for Singles, Couples and Twins and Triplets are available - some overlooking the internal pool area.
Located on Oxford Street in the fashionable inner city area of Paddington which is a delight to explore on foot, with its winding streets, handsome terrace houses and village atmosphere. On Saturdays it plays host to Paddington Bazaar, Sydney's liveliest street market. Nearby are the Verona and Palace picture theatres specialising in foreign, arthouse and gay films. The Arts Hotel is on the eastern edge of Darlinghurst nearing the trendy suburb of Paddington but still only a block from Taylor Square and the bars.
Busses run from out front of the hotel and travel through the Central Business District to Circular Quay - near the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The Arts Hotel is within walking distance of City shopping and Oxford Street's vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene. Buses run every few minutes from the hotel to Circular Quay, Central Station and Bondi and Bronte beaches. Airport shuttle buses will drop off at the hotel.

Room Rates and Booking Conditions
- CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
- This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
- The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
- Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival date or failure to arrive on the booked arrival date will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
- No monies will be refunded if stays are shortened, cancelled or if guests fail to arrive.
- By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
