Are you coming to Sydney for the Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras? This season comprises a month of Gay and Lesbian culture, events and parties which culminate in the world-famous Mardi-Gras Parade (8.00pm Saturday March 4th 2006)

Because this is one of the busiest times in Sydney, special rates and conditions apply. Please see the Booking Policy at bottom of this page.

For stays including Saturday 4th March, 2006 (the night of the Mardi Gras Parade and big parties), a 10 night minimum stay is required. A stay may be shortened but the full tariff for the entire booked stay will apply.

Charge and Cancellation Policy

Economy Room:

● A$115 per night for 10 minimum nights

● A$82 per night for all other nights

Configured with 1 Double Bed and 2 Single Beds (bunk).
Private Bathroom outside room (not shared)

Queen Ensuite Room:

● A$140 per night for 10 minimum nights

● A$121 per night for all other nights

Configured with 1 Queen Bed. Private Bathroom inside room

King Ensuite Room:

● A$160 per night for 10 minimum nights

● A$132 per night for all other nights

Configured with 1 King Bed. Private Bathroom inside room

Family Ensuite Room:

● A$160 per night for 10 minimum nights

● A$132 per night for all other nights

Configured with 1 Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds (bunk). Private Bathroom inside room

Superior King Ensuite Room:

● A$180 per night for 10 minimum nights

● A$154 per night for all other nights

Configured with 1 King Bed and Sofa. Private Bathroom inside room

Studio Suite:

● A$240 per night for 10 minimum nights

● A$198 per night for all other nights

Configured with 1 King Bed. Private bathroom in room, self-contained, kitchenette, Spa bath, and (emergency) pull down bed.

● Rates are for up to 2 Guests. An additional charge of A$22p/n per extra person will be incurred.

● All rates quoted in Australian dollars, include GST (tax), and are for Single or Double occupancy only.

● Continental breakfast is available each morning for A$11.00 per person.
 

Charge and Cancellation Booking Policy:

A Credit Card is required to secure the booking and a 10 night minimum stay applies to bookings that include Saturday 4th March 2006.

Full Prepayment for Minimum Nights is required at time of booking and is thereafter Not Refundable.

We strongly suggest you consider taking out travel insurance to cover losses if you are forced to change plans due to unforeseen circumstances.
