The Fraser Suites is among Sydney's newest all-suite designer hotel offering Studio, One and Two Bedroom Deluxe Suites as well as Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom Penthouse Apartment Suites. All Apartments feature contemporary interiors, extensive leisure facilities and floor to ceiling windows. Many of the the fully self-contained suites provide striking views of the Sydney's famous skyline
Studio Suites are very well appointed luxury hotel style rooms.
The One Bedroom Suites and Two Bedroom Suites have spacious living areas, well appointed designer kitchens and separated bedrooms.
The Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom Penthouse Suites provide duplex - two levelled living with kitchen, living area and master bedroom with ensuite on the upper storey. The 2nd bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the lower lever in the Two Bedroom Penthouse Suite. In the Three Bedroom Penthouse Suite, 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms are on the lower level as well as a further living rooms and kitchen.

- CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
- This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
- The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
- Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival date or failure to arrive on the booked arrival date will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
- No monies will be refunded if stays are shortened, cancelled or if guests fail to arrive.
- By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
